Adults Only All-Inclusive Resorts: The Dream Vacation for Every Tired Parent

If you’re anything like me – you’ve spent the last few years exhausted, being woken up at all hours, and constantly answering demands from the tiny humans in your home…and you need a reset!

An ADULTS ONLY all inclusive resort vacation is just what you need.

Imagine 4 days (because let’s be serious, sometimes we can only get away for a long weekend thanks to our wonderful babysitters!) without making decisions for anyone but yourself – eat what you want, when you want, AND it is cooked and cleaned up by someone else! If that isn’t part of your dreams, I’m not sure what is!

Depending on your mood, you can choose to completely relax (and sleep) or party (and sleep).

  • El Dorado Seaside Palms in Riviera Maya is set in a jungle paradise with the most serene and luxurious spa – perfect for guests who want to completely relax.

  • Sandals Ochi Beach in Jamaica is perfect for guests who want their choice of nightlife offerings.

  • If you want to visit a beautiful beach that is only a 2 hours flight (from BWI), let’s get you to El Dorado Maroma.

If it were up to me, I would be on my way to The Palafitos at El Dorado Maroma. These are the ONLY over the water bungalows in Mexico.

I am a beach girl and can spend hours on the beach, and this resort is perfect for that. The Palafitos offer a private experience with deluxe benefits, including…

  • Full butler service

  • Glass bottom floors

  • Private infinity pool

  • Direct ladder access to ocean

As a guest of the bungalows, Palafitos Bar and Grill Restaurant is included in your stay. This restaurant is at the top of the “T” in the Palafitos section of the resort and it is truly a 5-star dining experience.

El Dorado Maroma is a boutique resort, so even the regular rooms are quiet and the whole area feels secluded and relaxing.

El Dorado Maroma offers so many activities to experience beyond their beautiful accommodations. If you’re up for it, you can kayak, paddle board, practice yoga, take a Spanish lesson, go to a tequila tasting…

…but you’ll find me at Naay Spa. If I am away from my kids for a few days, I am definitely spending some of my time in peace and quiet, getting pampered – or even better, you can enjoy a sunrise spa on the beach. This sounds magical (almost as magical as Walt Disney World).
